Svečana govornica na 15. Industrijskom forumu biti će inženjerka godine Ljupka Vrteva
Industrijski forum IRT je svaki puta pozornica nadahnjujućih priča, punih zanosa i strasti prema traženju inovativnih rješenja. Jedna od takvih nadahnjujućih priča je i životni te profesionalni put Ljupke Vrteve, aktualne Inženjerke godine, koja će se kao svečana govornica obratiti i inspirirati posjetitelje prvog forumskog dana, koji će biti 10. lipnja u Portorožu.
Za to, da se Ljupka Vrteva mogla školovati za inženjerku strojarstva, njena obitelj je napustila domaće okruženje u Makedoniji i preselila se u Sloveniju. Danas je Ljupka magistrica inženjerka strojarstva te razvojna inženjerka za područje grijanja, ventilacije i hlađenja zgrada te voditelj projekta sunčeve elektrane u društvu Petrol. Inženjerka je, koja sa svojom pričom motivira mlade djevojke za inženjerski poziv, jer kaže: »Budite hrabre i drugačije uvijek i posvuda. Svaka ima krila, samo mora poletjeti. Ustrajnost i predanost se isplate.« O njenoj različitosti govori činjenica, da je odrastala u obitelji glazbenika i ekonomista, a sama se odlučila za prirodoslovlje. Iako je kao dijete mnogo toga stvarala, svoju energiju je željela pretvoriti u nešto opipljivo. Između ostalog tvrdi, da ju je na inženjerski put dovela mašta.
Ovogodišnji izbor Inženjerke godine se u suorganizaciji časopisa IRT3000 i društva Mediade održavao već šestu godinu zaredom. Ljupku Vrtevu je između deset nominiranih za »predsjednicu razreda« izglasovalo 92 članova i članica četiri različite komisije. Za laskavi naziv, s kojim projekt »Bit ćemo inženjerke i inženjeri!« želi potaknuti mlade (posebice djevojke) za pozivni put na području inženjerstva, prirodoslovlja, tehnike i inovativnosti, pored Vrteve su se natjecale i kandidatkinje s područja graditeljstva, robotike, energetike, farmacije, kvalitete i informatike. Vrteva je prilikom proglašavanja 18. siječnja 2024. u Cankarevom domu primila simbolični kipić od prethodnice, inženjerke godine 2022. godine, Rosane Kolar, inženjerke strojarstva i zrakoplovne mehaničarke iz Adria Tehnike.
Vrteva će sa svojom pričom sigurno biti zanimljiva sugovornica na ovogodišnjem Industrijskom forumu IRT, jedinom događaju takve vrste kod nas, kojeg već po petnaesti puta priprema časopis IRT3000. Podsjetimo: događaj u nazivu nosi kraticu IRT – inovacije, razvoj, tehnologije – i namijenjen je razmjeni iskustava, upoznavanju s novostima i povezivanju sudionika iz industrijskog okruženja te akademske sfere u Sloveniji i široj zapadno-balkanskoj regiji.
